My girlfriend and I got in touch with Therese from an ad online.

She noticed that my girlfriend’s number was Danish and answered us in Danish. That was a huge benefit for us to ensure no miscommunication.

My properties were in Fuengirola and Benalmadena, but my favorite areas around Marbella would be Puerto Banus and Plaza de Naranja.

I bought a townhouse only 6-7 months after moving here to get cheap monthly payments on my own house. I wouldn’t say I like renting.

The apartment I bought was as an investment for holiday rentals.

I decided to move here, because one of my friends already lived here, and when I visited, I wanted to move closer to my family. I was living in Bangkok at that time and wanted to make it easier to visit my family in Denmark.

When we started talking with Therese Rosenberg, we, my girlfriend and I were looking to buy a villa (we didn’t have any kids planned at that time)

And after seeing quite a lot of villas, the communication with Therese gave us a feeling of comfort. She explained in detail about each property we saw, good and the less good. No pushing of any kind, so we were sure we only would buy a villa if it was the correct one for us.

She has always been professional in getting the correct info before visiting any property, so we didn’t waste time with viewings that never would be interesting for us.

We then decided to move back to Denmark, as our kids were born, to be closer to our family and to ease the language barrier, so I wanted to sell my properties here in Spain.

Therese handled both sales, coordinated everything with the lawyers, buyers, notaries, the banks, it all went very smooth.

All in all, very professional in the way she handles things, even into the last small details. And I have already recommended her to friends when they want to buy/sell properties.

Mi novia y yo nos pusimos en contacto con Therese a través de un anuncio en Internet.

Se dio cuenta de que el número de mi novia era danés y nos contestó en danés. Eso fue una gran ventaja para nosotros para asegurar que no hubiera falta de comunicación.

Mis propiedades estaban en Fuengirola y Benalmádena, pero mis zonas favoritas alrededor de Marbella serían Puerto Banús y Plaza de Naranja.

Compré una casa adosada sólo 6-7 meses después de mudarse aquí para conseguir pagos mensuales baratos en mi propia casa. No diría que me gusta alquilar.

El apartamento que compré fue como una inversión para alquileres de vacaciones.

Decidí mudarme aquí porque uno de mis amigos ya vivía aquí, y cuando lo visité, quería estar más cerca de mi familia. En aquel momento vivía en Bangkok y quería que me resultara más fácil visitar a mi familia en Dinamarca.

Cuando empezamos a hablar con Therese Rosenberg, mi novia y yo queríamos comprar un chalet (en aquel momento no teníamos previsto tener hijos).

Y después de ver un montón de villas, la comunicación con Therese nos dio una sensación de confort. Ella nos explicó en detalle sobre cada propiedad que vimos, lo bueno y lo menos bueno. Sin presiones de ningún tipo, por lo que estábamos seguros de que sólo compraríamos una villa si era la correcta para nosotros.

Ella siempre ha sido profesional en la obtención de la información correcta antes de visitar cualquier propiedad, por lo que no perdimos el tiempo con las visitas que nunca sería interesante para nosotros.

Después decidimos volver a Dinamarca, al nacer nuestros hijos, para estar más cerca de nuestra familia y para aliviar la barrera del idioma, así que quise vender mis propiedades aquí en España.

Therese se encargó de ambas ventas, coordinó todo con los abogados, los compradores, los notarios, los bancos, todo fue muy bien.

En general, muy profesional en la forma en que maneja las cosas, incluso en los últimos pequeños detalles. Y ya la he recomendado a amigos cuando quieren comprar/vender propiedades.
