Property Buying and selling

My main activity is focused on property sales, including after sales-services. New construction and resale properties located in the greater Marbella area, between Malaga and Sotogrande, but also inland, such as Coin, Alhaurin el Grande and Monda, are my fields of expertise. For me, it is of great importance to create a relationship of trust with my clients as an essential pillar of successful cooperation. 

For the vendor, the first step involves an initial consultation and a property valuation. Then, I will set the marketing strategy, and once a buyer has been successfully found, the sale is closed with the signature of the title deeds in a public notary. My personal assistance is given throughout the entire process, accompanying the client from beginning to end.

For the buyer, I will carefully listen to your desired criteria and will present adequate properties to you. I have access to all platforms and portals, as well as to properties for sale, that are not displayed, so called “pocket listings”. 

I will guide you throughout the whole buying process. I can introduce you to mortgage solutions if needed and I am in the position to recommend the services of accredited professionals of the legal profession to safeguard your interests in the purchase, according to the language of your preference.
