Using my own database of exclusive properties, as well as our external databases of over 10.000 properties, I will select the properties that suit your needs. This selection of properties will be sent to you, so you can take your time to study them and make a shortlist of your favorite properties, that we can visit.

If you have not yet found a financial arrangement, I am able to recommend the best options for you.

Sellers will be much more receptive to potential buyers who have been pre-approved by a mortgage company. 

Getting pre-approval from a lender will also give you a better indication of what you can afford, and you might be able to increase your search parameters.

Also, I work together with law firms, specialized in property purchase, to ensure the legality of your dream property. Your legal adviser will also assist you with the application of NIE number, which is mandatory when buying in Spain, Golden Visa, and residency application.
